With the plant working at its maximun

V-NT 2500 SERIE

CRE-A starts his activity managing

about 1 Tn day developer and water

washing of the plates at a cost of

300 euro Tn

This represents an annual cost of

108000 euro

Thanks to the installation of a v-nt

2500 plant cost euro 82000 minimizes

currently up to 10 by volume the

residue treated

The concentrated management costs

is 350euroton which was amortized

over 103 years

based in Vigo that manufactures erg

valves

The development of these modules

produces washing water drill

lubricants detergents emulsifying oils

and soap as residue

To solve this problem we designed and

installed a depuration plant integrated

by 4 stages decantation oil separation

filtration and evaporation In this last

stage we installed a V-NT 5000 vacuum

evaporator

In the first 290 working hoursof the

depuration plant 577mᶟ of waste water

were treated as a result of this 544mᵌ of reusable distill (94) 15Msup3 of oil

(26) and 2Msup3 of concentrate (34)

were obtained

With the plant working at its maximun

capacity 1500 tons of wastewater

could be treated annually being the

payback of the investment of less than 2

years
