Extra incentives granted by the Municipality of Coatzacoalcos.- The Municipality of Coatzacoalcos

offers additional incentives: Tax rate of 0% to the payment of municipal rights of land use, construction

permits and registration of plans; with the same criteria of 100% for the first 10 years and 50% for the

next 5 years.
