In November, over the course of an entire
week, Milan will host the Live
Communication Week, a business
platform to celebrate the creativity that is
innovating the landscape of live
communication; exchange best practices,
learn from inspiring speakers from both
inside and outside the industry, and create
new business opportunities with top
professionals from all over the world.
Five inspiring days full of creativity,
which gather about 2,000 event and
marketing professionals to create
networking opportunities, knowledge
transfer and destination experiences,
enhancing the event as a strategic tool,
legitimately included in the communication
plans of bigger and smaller corporations,
which culminate in the ceremony
celebrating winners of various prizes
linked to the events.
Awareness, knowledge and networking are the key reasons why event professionals from all over the world

BEA WORLD – Many Events, a Unique Festival
The Best Event Awards is an initiative that recognises
and promotes excellence in events and live communication
across the whole world.
Created in 2006 to foster the importance of events in the
marketing plans of large and smaller corporations, the Best
Event Awards have helped participating agencies from 37
countries in finding inspiration and new ideas for their
events, and are now acknowledged as the main
international industry recognition.
During the Festival, all shortlisted agencies contending for
the renowned golden elephant awards will have the
opportunity to present their projects live to Bea World
Festival delegates and to the Jury who will grant all winners
an indisputable international quality acknowledgement.
With the aim of rewarding the entire value chain of
the events industry, ADC Group has introduced in
2018 the Best Location Awards.
Indeed, the actual place where an event takes
place plays a fundamental role in its success. The
Best Location Awards thus celebrates the best
event venues and the best destinations and
convention bureaus of the world, as voted by a
selected Jury comprising senior representatives of
national associations of events agencies from
around the world.
Shortlisted venues and locations will have the
chance to introduce the venue/destination live to
the Jury and Bea World Festival delegates.

place after the ceremony: a joyful and convivial
moment to celebrate all winners and participants
alike.
The after-party will feature some forms of
entertainment (music, performances…) and the
offer of drinks and finger food.

awards ceremony and will have the opportunity
to project a video during the walk-in (max 30’’,
without sound).

leisure activities to Milan. Each activity will be an

Festival and at mayor international industry

features an overview on the Festival and its
main protagonists.
The Event Marketing Book is distributed to
more than 30,000 Italian industry professionals
during meetings and trade shows throughout
the year and in a digital version that can be
consulted online (Italian language).
