simultáneas.

rutina, hábito.

The water is boiling now, so you can put in the pasta. Cuidado con el ejemplo

habitual de el agua hierve con 100º. Aquí hay una situación concreta, unas pastas

esperando, y el agua está hirviendo.

7. My flatmate is always leaving the kitchen in a mess! A pesar del always, ponemos

un presente continuo por el matiz de impaciencia y desesperación.

8. I’m so happy! I'm meeting John after class today. Esto es un caso típico de

programación personal, presente continuo con valor de futuro.

At the end of the book, the detective catches the killer. Es muy frecuente contar

una película o un libro con presente simple. Si hubiera que insistir sobre lo que

está pasando mientras ocurre otra cosa (simultaneidad) pondríamos el continuo.

10. I'll call you when I get home. Después de when tiempo simple, presente simple o

también pasado simple.
