Size Does Matter!
One of the worst commonly overlooked
details of giving a presentation is the
size of the audience.
It is true that the content of the
presentation doesn't have to changebecause of the size of the audience.

yourself...

Do they have any prior knowledge of the
subject?
What are their age, sex, and level of ability?
Why are they there?
What are their needs?
What do they need to know?

The Delivery
This is where you have to deliver or present your message
to the audience.
When you begin to speak, the audience will listen carefully
to what you say and watch closely how you perform.
It is important to understand that howyou say something is
just as important as whatyou say.
