• Formal Winter Safety Plans developed  resulted in 70% reduction in injuries

Leaders must model the behaviors Most vulnerable on days with good weather in Winter Months Employee engagement is crucial to plan – the benefit of

engagement lasts for entire year You must also focus on SIF during winter months Targeted messages (Field vs Office) and different delivery

methods increase effectiveness of campaign
