ProgramsscheduleaTrain-the-Trainingtrainingfortheindividualswhowillteachthecurriculumintheirprogram.Instructorsleavethetrainingwithalloftheteachingmaterialsandmultimediacontentneededtoteachthecourseandreceiveongoingtechnicalassistance.Beforetheclassbegins,programsorderStudentWorkbooksforeachparticipantintheclass.StudentswhocompletethecoursereceiveaCertificatethatisvaluedbyemployersandeducationalinstitutions.Insomesettings,studentsreceivecollegecreditfortakingthecourse.
ROOTS OF SUCCESS isamultimedia,activity-basedcurriculumthatisfacilitatedbyaninstructorandtaughtinaclassroomsetting.Thecurriculum,whichconsistsof10modules,canbetaughtasastand-alonecourseorintegratedintoanexistingprogram.AfterteachingtheFundamentalsmodule,programscanteachasmanyorasfewmodulesastheychoose.
