After our clean up process, our on-site Aerobiologist will inspect the area, verifying thatthe mold is indeed eradicated. We then provide you with a MoldCode™ Report, which isan official report guaranteeing there isn't any mold growth in your problem areas.

5-year warrantyThis Warranty between Mold Level Corporation and THE PROPERTY OWNER covers onlythe areas of the structure Treated. The PROPERTY OWNER understands that THECOMPANY'S liability under this Agreement is limited to providing re-treatment ONLY andin no way, implied or otherwise, is responsible for damages or repairs to the structure(s)or contents.

Treatment with AtticGard™ by THE COMPANY is designed solely to inhibit or reduceconditions for new mold/mildew growth during the effective life of the product.

The warranty provides for the re-treatment of areas where mold appears if such areaswere previously treated, and if such areas have been reasonably maintained.

THE COMPANY AND THE PROPERTY OWNER OR Realtor AGREES TO THE FOLLOWINGTERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY.

The Property Owner warrants full cooperation with Mold Level Corporation duringWarranty Period, and agrees to maintain all areas of structure (including the crawlspace)free from any factors contributing to an increase in moisture levels such as "moisturewicking" (footing & foundation evaporation and condensation), plumbing leaks, standingwater, or faulty drain systems. The Property Owner agrees to notify Mold LevelCorporation of and to eliminate faulty plumbing leaks and dampness from drains,condensation or leaks from the roof or otherwise into, onto, or under said area(s) treated.Mold Level Corporation is not responsible for any damage caused to the structure(s)listed as a result of any said conditions.

2. ADDITIONS OR ALTERATIONS

This Warranty covers only the treated area(s) identified in the Job Description, as of thedate of the initial work. If the above structure(s) is structurally modified, altered, orotherwise changed, the Property Owner will immediately notify Mold Level Corporationin writing. Such additions may result in the need for additional work (at your expense) orthis Agreement becomes null and void.

3. DAMAGE

Mold Level Corporation shall not be responsible for (1) any past or existing damage tothe structure(s) or its content at the date of this Agreement caused by moisture or mold,(2) any costs or expenses incurred by the Property Owner as a result of such damage, or(3) any damage caused by or related to any of the conditions described herein.

4. NOTICE OF CLAIMS, ACCESS TO PROPERTY

Came out quickly during thedreadful winter of broken pipes,2014. We were lucky in that ourproblem was not extensive, butthe mold needed to be testedand removed in any case. Neatand clean, did good work. Hopeto never need them again but1st choice if we ever do!

Any claim under the terms of the Warranty must be made immediately in writing to MoldLevel Corporation. Mold Level Corporation is only obligated to perform under thisWARRANTY if the Property Owner or Realtor allows Mold Level Corporation access tothe identified structure for any purpose contemplated by the Warranty, including but notlimited to re-inspection, whether the inspection was requested or considered necessaryby the Property Owner or required by the Agreement and requested or considered byMold Level Corporation.

5. DISCLAIMER

THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THOSESPECIFICALLY STATED HEREIN. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY ORFITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. BINDING ARBITRATION

In the event of any dispute between Mold Level Corporation and Property Owner arisingout of or relating to this Agreement, the parties hereby expressly agree to submit theirdispute to binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois America Arbitration Association forresolution in accordance with the rules and requirements of the American ArbitrationAssociation.

7. Registration and TRANSFERABILITY

Warranties shall automatically transfer record of property to present and or future ownerfor the entire (5) five year warranty period without requiring any action on behalf ofproperty owner.

8. INHERENT RISKS

It is impossible to eliminate all risks associated with this service. Unintendedconsequences may result because of abnormal weather conditions (such as excessiverainfall, flood, drought, tornadoes, hurricanes), which are beyond the control of MoldLevel Corporation. THE PROPERTY OWNER shall assume all such risks.

9. Specific exclusions

This Agreement does not cover and Mold Level Corporation will not be responsible for:(1) damage resulting from moisture conditions, including but not limited to fungus &mold, whether visible or not. (2) Damage resulting from wood in direct contact with thesoil, whether visible or not. (3) Damage resulting from stucco, synthetic stucco, EIFS and/or rigid foam board and/or covering interior or exterior foundation walls in such a way asto provide moisture with hidden or protected access to the structure, whether visible ornot. (4) Damage resulting from masonry failure or grade alteration(s). (5) Damage and/ortreatment caused by infested wood and/or furniture introduced into the structure afterinitial service. (6) Personal expenses such as lodging, meals, transportation, etc. incurredas a result of treatment, retreatment and/or damage repair.

10. If any part of this Warranty shall be determined to be invalid then such portionshall be deemed severed from this warranty and the remaining terms, exclusionsand limitations shall apply. Any costs incurred by Mold Level Corporation in thecompletion of this Warranty will serve as Mold Level Corporation sole and exclusiveobligation with respect to such defect or nonperformance.
