The lineup in the hallway at Tim Horton’s makes it difficult for students to pass by quickly to get to class.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MENU

1)     The menu and price should be posted online

2)     Introduction of international food since the school is becoming more diverse. e.g. Jamaican party, Chinese food etc

CONCLUSION

Despite less variety of food available to students; about 60% of students still cue to buy from the cafeteria but there is still room for improvement to attract the rest of the market(40%) by by applying the the approach of “faster, cheaper and better” to reach the students. This way will attract more customers and there by raising the revenue of the cafeteria.
