PREPARATIONS

TOOLS：1 、 wire stripper 2 、 coating stripper3 、 fiber length measurement4 、 cutter

OPERATION

• First step ： put on boot

• Second step ： wire stripper

OPERATION

Fix the cable to this length and strip the jacket

• Third step ： coating stripper

OPERATION

Strip length of coating 20mm

OPERATION

Fourth step ： use alcohol to clear fiber

• Fifth step ： fix the bare fiber and use cutting knife to cut the bare fiber( take care if the fiber end can be cut smoothly)

Fiber length measurement： 10mm

• Sixth Step ： insert the fiber to the top of pre-embedded fiber and connect well

OPERATION

When the fiber reach the top , it comes bending

• Seventh step ： Press the middle button (locked V-groove) to fixed the bare fiber.

Hold the cable tightly

• Eighth step ： fix the cable and screw on tightly

Screw tightly for the boot

OPERATION

• Ninth step ： move both side slightly when putting on the housing , in order to put on easily

OPERATION

• Tenth step ： use the light pen to detect the fiber if connected well

OPERATION

• If reuse it ， use clamps to open the locked button

Re-use

• Screw out the boot ， put out the fiber. If the test data not good, pls repeat above steps to connect fiber again.
