Motivation

You must want to continue to improve performance. By setting both short term as well as long term goals, you give yourself achievable targets that sustain your interest. Variation will also help maintain your level of interest.

Goal- Setting

As you work through your programme, your body will adapt to the new workload and your short term goals will be achieved. You must continue to reset achievable and realistic goals to maintain your motivation.
