Supporting the Researchstatement:
In our research on Gender Inequality in Canadian Workplace we found that
there are negative effects on the economy and workplace.
Due to the persistent wage gap and more women choose precarious work.
In 2005,it was determined that womens full time yearly income seemed to be$39, 200, whilst mens yearly income seemed to be $55, 700and that is about80. 5% in comparison with men.
On the other hand, surprisingly women are getting only 68% even though
having a university degree in year 2005.

CONCLUSION:
In our report, we proved that the inequality in Canadian workplace
and economy still persist. Women have to struggle to balance the
family responsibilities and work.
Unionization between low wage earner women in workplace can
reduce the gap. Government should take serious action and look
after the issue, and formulate policies and programs which can
eradicate inequality.
Since 2006,the government is not able to reduce the gap despite of
increase in level of women education.
If the goal for our country is full recovery and sustained economic
growth, we need to make sure that all Canadas citizens have
opportunity to contribute: for now, but also for the future that our
young people will inherit (Black, 2012).
