ROPAC® Pails

For the transport of hazardous liquids the Ropac® pails

of the UN liquid range are certified for class Y and Z,

packing group II and III, 100 kPa with a specific density

up to 2,1 kg/dm3.

Many UV inks producers and chemical manufacturers

introduced Ropac® as their standard packaging range.

Producers of high value contents from the food,

pharmaceutical and vitamin industries, as well as from

the printing ink, paint, coating and lubricant industries

rely on Ropac®.

Our semi-automatic lidding machines are easy to integrate

into your filling lines and improve productivity.

Customized solutions available such as optional flex-spout

or pressure vents on lids, a large range of colours, digital

printing, special palletisation or specific certifications.

As part of Schoeller Allibert Group, our company is based

in Romont since 1968. The plant in Switzerland is well

known for the production of UN containers under the

brand name Ropac®.

We have been awarded with a Swiss and World Star for

the design of our 5 litres UN liquid pack.

The comprehensive range of ROPAC® pails are UN

certified for the transportation of hazardous solid and

liquid goods, they also protect the quality and integrity

of high value contents.

The tough design and tamper evident sealing system

protects your premises, staff and the environment

from harmful leaks and spills. Ropac® pails are made

from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) which increases

impact resistance and guarantees performance at low

temperatures.

The solid base and strong side wall of the pails ensure an

exceptionally high level of stability, as well as an improved

space-saving on the pallet and during transit.
