Our 15000 sqft carpentry workshop in industrial have the state-of-art CNC & latest technology machines and follow strict safety procedures for manpower and material Safety. IDEAL Fire Rated doors are approved by Qatar Civil defence and Certified by Chiltern laboratories UK. The high performance door leaves are made to get a fire rating of 30min, 60min, 90min, & 120min.the basic components of these doors are same, but thickness, arrangement of components ect. Are different and brief specifications can be supplied on request. Doors are tested to B.S 478: Part 22 of 1987 by children international fire laboratory in UK for fire resistance. High Pressure Laminates (HPL) are manufactured through fusing multiple layers of impregnated paper under high pressure and temperature to create a hard wearing, durable and hygienic surfacing material. The Formica plain colors, patterns and Wood grains ranges are high pressure laminates which are available in horizontal grade post forming (HGP) as standard. Flame-retardant HPL (VFP grade) is also available on request.

Formica Solid Surfacing is a new material, manufactured from a blend of polyester resins and acrylic, to which small quantities of dye pigments have been added. It is ideal for use in demanding environments such as hospitals, schools, catering, washrooms and laboratories.
