PREMEX stands for trading in carbide rods as well as for quick and precise manufacturing of individually ground carbide blanks.
We manage an extensive storage of carbide rods, in solid execution as well as with up to three coolant ducts. Furthermore, we supply fi xed lengths, milling cutter blanks, fl at and square rods.
In addition, we manufacture individually ground carbide blanks with the currently best possible precision on modern machinery.
We exclusively use carbide from Germany and the European Union with an emphasis on quality.
Therefore we are happy to number notable tool manu-facturers and suppliers from all sectors of industry, medicine and metrology among our customers.

In order to be able to work productively and reliably observe deadlines, we rely solely on high-tech machines from established manufacturers like ROLLO-MATIC, REINECKER, HÄBERLE, HOFFMANN, CLEVELAND and HAIMER.
Quality and precision are the preconditions for all products that leave our company. We employ ultramodern measuring and testing tech-nology to test and evaluate our products at all production stages.
A quality management system based on DIN EN ISO 9001-2010 and focusing on practical needs has been integrated into all company sequences.

We offer a comprehensive range of raw and ground carbide bars from stock with a high degree of availability. Material ordered from stock by 15.30 p.m. usually will, as a rule, leave our premises the same day. Our fl exible organisation also enables special lengths to be manufactured at short notice.
