Projects Done(Undergoing)

1. “Condition monitoring for product quality improvement”. This

projects deals with Multi sensor based online condition of intelligent

manufacturing system. I am doing for MICROMACHINE as well as

MACROMACHINE, My job was to study and analysis of online and

offline data acquisition based on neuro-estimator development and with

different sensor eg. Sensor-fusion, optical-sensor, force-sensor, vibration-

sensor, torque-sensor, acoustic emission-sensor with the help of signal

processing techniques. This project belongs to TATA BEARINGS; this

project is going on under the guidance of Prof. Amaya RanjanMohanty, Mechanical Department IIT Kharagpur

2. “Finite Element Analysis using ANSYS” This project deals with

the noise and vibration control. Undergoing with the guidance of Prof

A.R.Mohanty, Dept of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Kharagpur. This

project is running in this semester.



3. I am also doing a project on “MARKET STRATEGY FOR A

NEW PRODUCT” as well as “WARRANTY PERIOD ANALYSIS”.

4. Project on Econometric Analysis. Under the guidance of Prof P.S.Das

IIT KHARAGPUR, in which I am doing value at risk analysis.

Industrial Training

Ordnance Factory (Govt. Of India), Ichapore in the year 2003 for a period

of four Weeks. (To assess the production line at different departments)

R.D Centre, Escorts limited, Faridabad, India in the year 2004 for a

period of eight Weeks. (To assess the work place of operator zone from

ergonomics point of view and suggesting improvements for a 25 HP general purpose tractor.)
