History

Predecessor to the computer was a calculator on the 1600 - centurythat could add and subtract.

In 1936 was the first mechanical computer constructed, the Z1.

In 1977 became the commodore 8-bit computers popular among the people for their favorable price.

In 1981 IBM began to mass-produce the first personal computer, the IBM computer.

In 1985 came the first Windows operating system.

AcerAcer was founded by Stan Shih.

In 1993, Acer posted record profits of $75 million grew to $3.2 billion in 1994.

From 1994 to 1995, Acer advanced from 14th to ninth among the world's largest computer manufacturers,surpassing Hewlett-Packard, Dell, and Toshiba.

About 80% of the computers made, are laptops.

They also make devices like, mobiles, projectors, TVs and Servers & Storage

Acer aspire one

Acer Aspire One is a notebook computer released in July 2008 for 200€ to 300€.
