Fuse Technologies and Fuse Connected Services offer total farming solutions, providing seamless connectivity across your farm enterprise and through every phase of the crop cycle.

Planning

Fuse Connected Services combines the right machines, technology, parts, service and support to help customers optimise their operation and maximise uptime through preventative maintenance, machine condition monitoring and year-round consultation. Many of the services will be enabled by a new release of AGCO’s AgCommand® telemetry product.

Our open approach enables you to connect with your trusted service providers and Farm Management Information System (FMIS) software of your choice, for total farm management and streamlined logistics.

VarioDoc and TaskDocTM task file management systems receive planned work orders including variable rate prescription files as well as create detailed records of jobs in each field. The Go-TaskTM app also enables wireless file transfer on supported machines. All data is wirelessly transferred securely and sent directly to your FMIS program, greatly simplifying the data management process.

Fuse Connected Services from your AGCO dealer helps you monitor vehicle and implement health to ensure everything is ready to go when needed, throughout the planting season.

Auto-GuideTM and Fendt VarioGuide help minimise overlap and skips, reducing time and fuel used in the field as well as reducing equipment wear. AGCO guidance systems enable the planter or drill to apply the seed in the right place and at optimal row spacing, minimising wasted inputs and missed areas of the field.

Section control automatically turns the planter or sprayer sections on and off to eliminate over-application of fertilisers and other inputs. Section control helps improve yield at point rows by eliminating overlap, saving not only seed and other inputs, but also reducing unnecessary competition for nutrients, water and sunlight as crops grow. Variable rate control ensures the right amount of seeds, fertilisers or crop protection products are applied in the right locations, maximising yield for each area of the field.

VarioDoc and TaskDocTM task file management systems receive planned work orders including variable rate prescription files as well as create detailed records of jobs in each field. The Go-TaskTM app enables wireless file transfer via your mobile device on many AGCO machines not equipped with TaskDoc. All data is transferred securely and sent directly to your FMIS program.

Field Preparation & Planting Growing

AgControlTM allows you to manually adjust the application rate on the go, while the system automatically controls the sections on the sprayer to minimise overlap, skips and wasted product.

AGCO guidance systems enable the sprayer to apply chemicals in the right place with minimal overlaps or skips, minimising wasted inputs. Section control automatically turns the sprayer sections on and off to eliminate over-application of fertilisers and other inputs.

Fuse Connected Services ensures that your equipment is in the right field, at the right time, through vehicle logistics tracking and notification alerts. You and your AGCO dealer can track whether your equipment is working or stopped, or waiting for fertiliser or other application supplies.

VarioDoc, TaskDocTM and Go-TaskTM document management systems facilitate task data transfer between applicable AGCO machines and supported 3rd party FMIS systems, simplifying and streamlining task file management.

Yield mapping records important machine and crop data during harvest that allows growers to make adjustments for future crop production, enabling better business decisions.

AGCO guidance systems enable the combine to harvest crops efficiently by minimising missed crop and ensuring full use of the header width. Using guidance also helps enable a more efficient loading operation and enables the operator to focus more on combine performance and settings.

By leveraging Fuse Connected Services, machines are properly calibrated and operators are trained ahead of time, making the harvest operation as efficient as possible. Machine alerts can be sent to your AGCO dealer for optimised performance, to minimise any unexpected downtime.

Tasks and yield data can be wirelessly sent to and from the combine via VarioDoc or TaskDocTM, streamlining task file management.

Harvesting

GSI Vision® dryer controls offer logged data history and are equipped with five different modes of moisture controls, allowing greater flexibility for a variety of needs. When paired with GSI’s WatchDogTM, you can control and monitor your dryer via computer and smart phone. WatchDog can be added into any GSI Vision dryer control and gives you text and email notifications as well as the ability to change the temperature and adjust other functions from your remote device. With the added control and monitoring from WatchDog, you don’t need to go to the site to monitor your dryer. WatchDog will notify you of issues, no matter where you are.

After your harvest has been brought in, review the performance of your machines throughout the whole season with your Fuse Connected Services dealer using AgCommand data to help plan for an even better harvest next time.
