wE HAVE WARD OEM PULL ROLLS QUICK RELEASE STYLE AND cri PULL ROLL ASSEMBLY FOR ALL MODEL MACHINES.

Nickel Plated for extreme wear resistance

minimal set up time required, no tools needed!

1.) Assemble Pull Roll Shaft (Loctite & Torque (2) clamping bolts)

2.) Rotate Pull Roll Flush against Rack Teeth.

3.)Tighten Spring Plunger (ITEM 4) all the way down, compressing Spring fully and

opening a 1/8” gap between the rack and keyway.

4.)Install Tapered Set Screw (ITEM 2) Tighten until it stops turning and then back out

1/4 turn.

5.) Install Set Screw (ITEM 3) into same taped hole as Tapered Set Screw and tighten.

6.)Back out the Spring Plunger until enough clearance is obtained to allow Pull Roll to

rotate and slide along shaft.

7.)Install Set Screw (ITEM 5) and tighten (optional)

8.)Maintain cleanliness of Shaft, Pull Roll and Rack Interface.
