The Ricky Davis Legacy Foundation is a non-profit organization established and founded In 2016 by veteran NBA Star, Ricky Davis. The foundation works to develop programs and support community-based organizations that address educational, health and social needs of ethnically diverse, underserved urban communities in greater Houston, TX area and beyond.

The The Ricky Davis Legacy Foundation has joined with Brothers Produce and several other organizations in efforts to promote health and wellness to those in homeless and disadvantaged communities. The goal is to provide fresh produce, toiletries, and additional essentials to those in need. The Foundation will also travel to Boston, Atlanta, Dallas, and New York during Ricky’s summer playing in the BIG3 Basketball League, giving and reaching out to local organization to ultimately be a ray of hope and put a smile on the faces of families in those communities.

Ricky Davis is a 13-year veteran of the NBA and currently plays in the BIG3 League, a league founded by the multi-talented, hip-hop mogul, Ice Cube. Ricky’s span with several NBA teams allowed him over the years to give back to many communities across the world, participate in charitable events, and provide contributions to people, foundations, and organizations. The passion and dedication he has on the court, has now shifted to what his heart always hoped for after the NBA life: the opportunity to build lasting relationships and strengthen families. As a player it was always important to give back to kids and families in underserved communities.
