FAQS

What requirements must a candidate fulfill?The candidate holds a university /college degree in the areas of medicine, pharmacy, biology, biochemistry, kinesiology, etc. Or a PhD in one of these areas. And is interested in a career in the healthcare industry.

How long does a preceptorship program last?The preceptorship program lasts 6–12 months. Over this period, the candidate is hired either by the company directly or via AurigaVision AG.

How can you apply for a preceptorship role?Candidates can send their docu-ments to [email protected]. An AurigaVision employee contacts the applicants immediately to discuss the further procedure.

What documents are required?For a comprehensive assessment of the application, AurigaVision needs a CV and proof of the relevant course achievements or the diploma. The candidates also describe in a personal letter to AurigaVision their motivation for a preceptorship program.

What is the selection process for the preceptorship roles? The application documents received are reviewed and initial telephone clarifications made. This is followed by an interview with the potential candidate by AurigaVision. If it is positive, a meeting is held with the persons in charge at the company on site. If both parties are interested, an agreement is concluded.

What is the income potential during the preceptorship program?A standard trainee salary is paid, which is between CHF 3,500 and 5,500 a month. Additional payments, such as expenses, etc., are mostly added on top of this.

How does a company hire a candidate for a preceptorship program of AurigaVision?AurigaVision needs a precise description of the job to be filled to find suitable candidates. Various files are made available on agreement with the candidates. The most suitable candidates are invited to interviews, which AurigaVision is happy to organize. A decision is then taken and an agreement concluded.
