PRE-CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT DATED 11th February 2014between

The terms and conditions agreed upon are set forth below:

FEES/WAGESMonthly wage (Include Leave / OT hours / Weekends &
Holidays): U.S.$ 700 (Seven Hundred United States Dollars) per
month.
3. LENGTH OF CONTRACT
The contract commences on CREW MEMBERs arrival on the vessel
estimated to be 11th February 2014 and is valid until 14th October
2014 plus or minus 30 days at CONTRACTORs option. The first month
of the above period to be considered as a trial period, and based
on satisfactory performance to be continued by CONTRACTOR on
approval by shipowners/ship managers
4. CONTRACT
Upon arrival onboard the vessel, each crewmember will be given a
contract containing terms and conditions as per this
pre-contractual agreement, but will also include additional terms
and conditions relating to the particular ship issued by the
shipmanagers/shipowners of the vessel.
5. GUARANTEE
The CREW MEMBER departing from the vessel for voluntary reasons,
disciplinary reasons or poor work performance will be responsible
for his/her repatriation costs as weel as the cost of transport of
the replacement crew member.6. VALIDITY/PLACE OF WORK
The undersigned CREW MEMBER understands that this
pre-contractual agreement is only valid for work onboard the
passenger vessel Salamis Filoxenia of Cyprus Registry.
