I / We understand that United Oxygen Company Private Limited is proposing to develop a residential

project named as �GODREJ UNITED� on a land situated at Sy. No. 28/2 and BBMP Khata No. 30

(also known as No. 30/31/28) Hoodi Village, Krishnarajapuram Hobli, Bangalore East Taluk, Whitefield

Main Road, Bangalore - 560048, (hereinafter referred to as the �Project�). I/We understand that Project

is being developed by United Oxygen Company Private Limited, the Owner & Developer (hereinafter

referred to as �United Oxygen�) and supervised & managed by Godrej Properties Limited.

I/We understand that United Oxygen has obtained sanction for Development Plan for the above said

Project vide Approval Letter bearing No. BDA/Nayosa/DLP_______________ dated _______________.

I/We further noted that in terms of the aforesaid Development Plan, United Oxygen is in the process of

obtaining the building plan approval from the concerned authority which approval is expected on or

before 31st December 2014.

I/We wish to register my/our expression of interest for reservation of a _____ BHK Apartment being

Apartment No._______ admeasuring about _________ sq meters equivalent to _____ sq.ft.

(approximately super built up area), on ___________ floor, in ____________ tower for an estimated

consideration of Rs._______/- in the said Project excluding taxes, if any, along with a right to use ____

paid herewith towards initial reservation of the said apartment along with simple interest at the rate of

15% per annum from the date of receipt/realization of the aforesaid amount towards initial reservation

till the date of refund of the aforesaid amount. I/We further understand that I/we shall not be entitled

for the aforesaid payment of interest in the event I/we have withdrawn this letter/form and sought

refund before 31st December 2014 or if the approval has been obtained before 31st December 2014.

Further on intimation by United Oxygen of having received the approval of building plans as aforesaid,

I/We hereby undertake to pay further monies along with the applicable taxes and sign and execute the

necessary documents viz., regular Application Form, Confirmation Letter and other necessary

agreement/documents, as and when required by United Oxygen within the stipulated time period. I/we

hereby further agree that if I/we fail to make the necessary payments within 15 days' time as and

when called upon by United Oxygen, then United Oxygen shall be entitled to reject my/our reservation

and refund the money tendered herewith after deduction of 2% of the total sale consideration towards

the administrative charges.

I / We understand that in the event I/we do not pay the further monies and/or the taxes thereon

and/or refuse to accept the allotment of the aforesaid apartment within 15 days of United Oxygen

calling upon me/us to do so then United Oxygen may refund the amounts tendered herewith after

deduction of 2% of the total sale consideration to me/us and United Oxygen shall then be entitled to

sell the said apartment to any third party of its choice without any recourse to me/us.

I/We understand that the area of the said apartment may be subject to certain changes for reasons

beyond the control of United Oxygen. I/We understand that the marketing plan/brochure is a mere

indication of the proposed project. The areas mentioned in the drawing/brochures are reasonable

estimates however subject to changes. United Oxygen reserves the right to change the design,

elevation, specifications, amenities and facilities, plans, etc. due to aesthetic reasons or to meet the

planning / regulatory requirement and/or for any other reasons. Changes, if any, will be communicated

by United Oxygen which will be binding on me/us.

Notwithstanding the fact that United Oxygen may have issued an acknowledgement by way of a

receipt for the money tendered with this letter/ form, I/We clearly understand that this is only our

request to United Oxygen for reservation of the said apartment and acceptance of the monies tendered

herein shall not constitute any kind of acceptance / allotment / contract / agreement / etc. for the

aforesaid apartment between me/us and United Oxygen.

I/We agree that United Oxygen at its absolute discretion shall be entitled to accept or reject the offer

without assigning any reason, whatsoever or howsoever.
