OLOL Angel Tree / El Árbol de Ángel Each year, Our Lady of the Lake and the Catholic Mothers' Community sponsors an angel tree to provide members of our community who are less fortunate with Christmas gi s for their family. Please consider providing a gi to aid a family in need. Any amount of support is greatly appreciated!
Angel tags can be selected from the tree in the back of church before and a er all masses this weekend, November 18th/19th & next weekend, November 25th/26th. Angel tree gi s can be returned to the totes under the tree and are due no later than Dec. 10th. Cada año, Nuestra Señora del Lago y el Concilio de Madres Católicas, promueve un “árbol de ángeles” que proporciónan regalos de Navidad a los miembros menos afortunados de nuestra comunidad. Este proyecto se conoce como el Árbol de Ángel en memoria de los regalos de amor que Dios nos dio. Por favor considere donaciónes de un regalo o de alimento. Cualquier can dad de ayuda es muy apreciada. The yearly Council of Catholic Women (CCW) Bake Sale will take place during the annual "Brunch with St. Nicholas" on Sunday, December 3rd a er the 8:00 am and 10:00 am Masses in the Holy Family Center. Cookies, breads, cupcakes, brownies, bars - all beau fully decorated for Christmas. Come and and enjoy the delicious goodies! Funds raised from the bake sale benefit the mission and ministry of the CCW including scholarship(s) for gradua ng High School Seniors. The Early Childhood Family Ministry They are looking for volunteers to lead the classes. We have classes on Sunday a ernoons, Monday mornings and a ernoons, and Wednesday mornings and a ernoons. These classes are for young families with children from birth through the age of five. If you love working with children and would like to become more involved in our parish, PLEASE come join us, even if you can only help out occasionally.
