What is the service you value most here at Water Street, and why?

I was reminded today as I prayed with a Life Coach to thank Jesus for all of the blessings He provides for me here: a bed, a room, a private shower, three square meals a day, devotions, chapel and the Learning Center. It’s amazing all of the resources and blessings that are poured out for us each day.

It’s almost too hard to weigh any one thing, but I place the highest value on the service I receive from the people. The Life Coaches are almost invaluable. They are cheer leaders, shoulders to cry on, friends, and dare I say it disciplinarians if need be. It’s hard to measure the worth that comes from encouraging one life, believing in one person and their dreams or walking through the shadows of someone’s life as a listening ear. Here we call those people Life Coaches and praise Jesus for them.•
