This is very important. We are going to fast like the prophets and apostles of old.

A day before you begin the fast,ou will first gi"e al$s.

Please look around for the needy in your community and bless them generously. You can give

them money . You can buy groceries for them.

You can make or buy clothes and other valuable items for them. This kind of action, if motivatedby love, always attracts the attention of heaven (see scripture above.

do not let our left hand know what our right hand is doing, so that our gi"ing will be in secret%
