About Us

Our manufacturing units are spread across an area of 250,000 square feet in the central part of the country at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Our production units embrace Ecofriendly manufacturing practices by harnessing solar energy, using recycled raw materials and strictly adhering to pollution control policies. We believe in giving back to mother earth - the green agenda of sustainability and respect for nature is what drives us.

Fabrication ShopOur state of the art fabrication shop is equipped with the most advanced sheet-metal and tubular steel processing machines like CNC laser cutting, CNC pipe bending, iron workers and shearing machines. The metal cutting line runs parallel to the welding shop, which is fully capable of producing precision joints through jig based welding of components using MIG, TIG and spot welding machines.

Press ShopThe press shop consists of multiple semi-auto mechanical and hydraulic presses of capacity 2T to 12T. Our special purpose presses are capable of bending a variety of materials in different thicknesses, shapes and form.

Panel ProcessingOur panel processing line is equipped with modern day CNC panel saws, CNC edge banders, multi-boring drills, semi-auto glue applicators as well as hydraulic & mechanical panel pasting machines, allowing us to process a range of laminates and processed wood.

Tool Room & Plastic MoldingOur tool room is equipped with all standard metal cutting machines tools such as lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and surface grinders. All plastic components are designed and molded in-house on CNC vertical injection molding machines.

Paint ShopAll our products are epoxy powder coated for maximum corrosion and scratch resistance. We deploy a manual line of epoxy powder coating in which part preparation, powder application, and curing are carried out separately via 8 tank process as per industry standards for the best results.

A make-to-stock inventory model backs our distribution network and allows us to fulfill any order within 15 days. Creative EngineeringWe believe in creating products that are highly utilitarian yet affordable.
