You just scan your rewards card at the pump at a Kroger fuel center to redeem your rewards. (Make sure you have the actual card because it doesn’t scan very well from your smart phone.)

At Shell stations you may have to enter your alternate ID (phone number) if there are no scanners at the pump.

Kroger – Mega Events Kroger Mega Events are the way

to save the most money at Kroger.

Mega Events offer a dollar amount savings when you purchase a qualifying amount from a large list of products.

Examples are $5/5, $3/3. Savings are generally any where from .50 to 1.00 off each item.

You can use coupons with the deals, as the mega event savings are a store promotion.

You have to be careful to buy in multiples of 5, 3 or whatever the “magic number” is for the qualifying amount. I do this by making “tally marks” on my shopping list.

There is a great tutorial here on How to Shop a Kroger Mega Event from KrogerKrazy.com.

The video below is also an excellent tutorial from KrogerKrazy.com.
