    Place 4 cones 2 yards apart. Have 4 tennis balls

    set on the outside of one cone. Sprint Forward

    carrying a tennis ball, to the 2nd cone, back

    pedal to the 1st cone, sprint forward to the 3rd

    cone, back pedal to the 2nd cone, sprint forward

    to the 4th cone-drop the ball, back pedal to the

    1st cone and repeat.

    set on the outside of one cone. Cross Over

    across carrying a tennis ball, drop it on the

    outside of the 2nd cone and repeat.

    GKstart between2 cones (2yards apart) and face

    the 1st shooter. Thestriker kicks a "ground ball"

    between the2 cones, GKsteps with left foot

    towards theball anddrops back knee to protect.

    Roll ball back tostrikerand repeat totheother

    side.

    GK start between 2 cones (2 yards apart) and face

    the 1st shooter. The striker kicks a "ground ball"

    between the 2 cones, GK steps with left foot

    towards the ball and drops back knee to protect.

    Tuck ball into chest and fall gently onto thighs and

    forearms - blow out.

    Roll ball back to striker and repeat to the other

    side.

    GK start between 3 cones (1.5 yards apart). GK

    shuffle across to face the 1st shooter. When GK

    says "set" the shooter does a "drop kick" into the

    GK's hands. Pass the ball back and repeat to the

    other side for the 2nd striker.

    GK start at middle cone. Back pedal to back cone,then sprint between 2 cones and set for shot.

    Once again, say "set" and then the striker will do a

    "drop kick". Start again at the middle cone and

    repeat the other way.
