Instead of seeing what one cannot do, it is more progressive to s ee what he can. Handicapped, or "special" people, are those people who apparentl y have lesser capabilities and less fortunate as can be compared to the standard s of the society. Nonetheless, they have extremes in their abilities that a norm al human being or citizen is capable of. What society might not be aware of them  is that they tend to excel more in certain fields. (give 3 examples sa mga tao sa immersion site). All they need is some kind of motivation - some kind of emotional upliftment and  societal recognition to their worths. Best kinds of examples are paralympics. ( SO PWEDENG SOCIAL SOLUTION, mas intensive campaign sa mga para-athletics, nation wide competitions for the handicapped like quizbees or artistry contests)  In the eyes of faith, one should emphasize the goodness in every human being. An d in such instance, the human dignity is upheld. Since in the eyes of the Cathol ic faith, they are all created in the Image and Likeness of God, it is essential  to recognize the efforts, talents, and individuality of the handicapped.
