subject to the requirements of Guidance document on information security in

Geoinformation technologies (Order of the State Presidential Technical

Primary data processing of Pilot Population Census 2018


Main functions:

- Formation of primary database following primary data obtained by scanning machine-readable documents.

- Formation of primary database following primary data available electronically at census areas.

- Formation of primary database following primary data received via "Internet".

- Formation of primary database following primary data received with mobile devices (tablet computer and smartphone).

- Data consolidation.

- Exchange of data between local statistical offices.

- Viewing results of data consolidation.

- Generating an exchange format file for exchanging data between local statistical offices.

The module provides:

- Combining data from various sources.

- Formation of an array of data not belonging to the current local statistical offices.

- Check the completeness of the uploaded data.

- Search and formation of the duplication lists.

- Calculation of additional site-specific indicators.

Users are given the opportunity to perform the following additional actions:

- View summary and detailed information about the downloads performed and the results of data consolidation.
