IntroductionGenetics and genetic testing continue to permeate allaspects of medicine. This one and a half day conferencewill focus on medical genetics for the health careprovider. The goals of the conference are to providetools for health care providers to integrate geneticsinto all areas of medicine. Upon completion of theconference, providers will be able to identify geneticresources for their practice, have an improvedunderstanding of how genetics is impactingmedicine, and have networking opportunities withgenetic specialists.

Target AudienceThis program is intended for all health care providers,including physicians, residents, nurse practitioners,registered nurses, physician assistants, nurses, geneticcounselors, research personnel, lab personnel, otherallied health care professionals and students.

The registration fee is $250 for physicians and $200 for allied health professionals and others. The registration feeincludes continental breakfast, Friday lunch, breaks, and all course materials. Meal functions are intended for conferenceparticipants only. Registrations received after Friday, March 28, 2008 increase by $50. You will receive confirmationwithin 2 weeks of registering.
