A press release has been prepared and issued following Charlotte Gould being shortlisted for ‘Property Lawyer of the Year’ at the annual Young Norwood Property Awards.

A press release has been prepared and issued following the firm advising developer Al Mubarakia on a PRS scheme of 124 residential apartments at Tobacco Dock, East London.

Draft press release – SDLT

A draft press release has been prepared for Katy Klingopulos with comment on how developers are being asked by would-be purchasers to reduce the asking price of homes that are expected to complete after 31 March 2016 to reflect the 3 per cent increase in SDLT.

Lois Langton and Coast have prepared a press release following a landmark High Court case on surrogacy. It was agreed that the press release be circulated to a very small number of journalists.
