The pro#ect is based on the study of $Consumer %uying %ehavior towards the Escort
Tractors&. 't is said that more than ()* respondents are satisfied with the product of
Escorts +gri "td. and have a positive perception towards the company. Consumers are
using the Escorts products for +gricultural and Commercial purposes.
The market of -armtrac tractor is prosperous and customer perception is good.
Hydraulic leakage, hydraulic not lifting proper load are the few problems which occur in
-armtrac Tractor. +part from this company is facing a stiff competition from mahindra
mahindra, swara#, sonalika etc.
