LAB OPERATIONS

○ Milling Centre have a installing capacity of 200 zirconia crowns and 70 units metal ceramic crowns per day.

○ A 24 hours operating Centre will be based in Gurgaon in about 10,000 square feet area .

○ Centre comprises of four departments : ○ 1)Front office ○ 2)Model fabrication / 3D printing department ○ 3)Milling department ○ 4)Ceramic department

Front office

○ documentation, pictures, communication , planning software feed, enrolment, commitment, billing , logistics etc.

○ Department wise Segregation & case allotment.

○ Equipments required :○ PRM software , computer for documentation , emailing ,warranty acrd printer, bill

generation ○ Stationary and daily progress maintenance display/notice board , case pans etc ○ Bar code scanner and id generation.Approximate expense on equipment – 2,00,000-3,00,000 inr

3D PRINTING/MODEL FABRICATION

○ 1)3d printer – object 260v eden price - 30,000-35000 USD / recommend PROJET dp 3000 3D printer

Ceramic department

○ Minimum 400square feet , 4 lab benches with both side operating facility.○ Ceramic furnace only for stain and glaze purpose – 2 Luka dent stain and glaze -

1500 USD each ○ Ceramic furnace for build up - ivoclar Ep 300 4500 USD each ○ Ceramic kit along with other instruments - VARIABLE ○ Expense – 170 units layering per day -5 ceramic firing furnace , 25 lakh for

equipment and another 10 lakhs for consumables and small equipments

Casting vs dmls ?????????? Conventional casting procedure could be advantageous in case of PFM work as

it is cost effective as compared to dmls procedure for the same. Conventional casting could cost around 12 lakhs inr as compared to dmls

machine (eos 270 m – 3 crores !!!)

Production

○ Pfm - 70/day – 50 models ○ Zirconia layering – 100/day – 65 models per day ○ Monolithic zirconia – 100/day – 65 models per day ○ Working in 3 shift ○ 6am – 2pm-10pm – 6am ○ 8 ceramist at a salary of 35-40k maximum pm- ONE HEAD CERAMIST among

them with a higher salary○ 3 model guys at a salary of 8-10k Pm . ○ Expense – 3.5 lakhs plus TL

Human resources

FRONT OFFICE - 3 executives with a salary of 12-15 k inr pm each - 45 ,000 INR MODEL FABRICATION - 3 technicians with a salary of 8-10 k inr pm each - 30,000INR MILLING ROOM - Ceramists would be trained for handling the production part. CERAMIC ROOM - 8 ceramist with a salary of 40 k inr pm each – 3,20,0,00 INR

we will have team leaders in each department depending upon the working and proces and will cost above the salary mentioned above (responsbility driven and experience involved and can be negotiated as per requirement.logistics will involve two field personnels at a salary of 10 k each - 20,000 INR PM excluding the petrol charges .

Incentive based module will be implemented after management approval as per indutsry norms.
