• You only need to use these once but you will need to make your own secure password you use each time you log on

• Two members of PPG attended Surgery – morning surgeries after opening rush
• Surgery provided them with Registration letters and simple instructions about registering to give to patients who were waiting
• PPG members talked with patients who filled in Registration letters if they wanted to

• Surgery staff processed Registration letters whilst patients were in their appointments
• PPG members gave completed Registration letters to patients as they returned to waiting room after their appointments
• Patients left Surgery with all the information and registration details to start using Patient Access!
