QoS Performance - Reporting Update

Highlights•Circuit CDD performance improved to 91.69%.•78.18 % of eligible supply requested as RRP.•Stop the Clock duration now excluded from provision interval calculations in Tables 3,4,7 & 8. BT is now measuring the true delivery times.•5 hour repair performance has improved to 87.56%.•Use of eCo fault diagnosis tools has increased among some Communication Providers (CPs), which has enabled CPs to identify faults within their networks independent of BT repair centers. This allows CPs to respond more quickly to their clients.

LowlightsThe percentage exceeding FOCR targets has stopped rising. The performance was 36.75%.•BT will present an action plan to improve the FOCR performance at the next industry forum in March.
