What we do: • One of our team will visit your establishment

once a month to check on all your appliances. If we identify any issues we will send one of engineers the next working day.

• You will have dedicated engineer on call if you need an emergency repair – free of charge. Meaning no more call out fees.

• One of our highly skilled engineers will repair appliances on site if possible. If not, we will offer you a replacement machine if available*.

• Thanks to our well established reputation and relationship with suppliers we are able to get parts quickly and to prevent unnecessary waiting times.

*Courtesy equipment hire plan available: We carry a huge stock of catering equipment goods available to hire to replace goods that are awaiting repair if parts are needed and/or we cannot repair there and then. Prices available on request.

Full Labour Inclusive PPM- Monthly Fee

What's Included:

• All labour and call out charges inclusive in one monthly subscription fee

• One visit per month from one our skilled engineers for routine inspection

• Fully inclusive breakdown cover, no wear and tear issues

• Dedicated call centre and account manager assigned to you

• You commit to 2 full PPM service visits for your listed appliances per annum (chargeable at discounted rate)

• Annual Gas Safe Certification on all gas appliances

• Priority booking on reactive call outs for one off repairs
