The mobileTAN procedure requires prior registration from the cus- tomer with a mobile phone number, and there are no limits to transaction amounts. With the iTAN procedure the customer approves an order with a TAN from his TAN list. For this the bank noties the customer of a sequence number of a TAN and the TAN series number. With this procedure, payment transactions are limited to EUR 1,000. There are two ways of identifying customers with HVB Direct B@nking:

procedure

• Buying and selling equities, certificates and warrants (trading on all German and 8 foreign stock markets: Amsterdam,

Brussels, Helsinki, Copenhagen, London, Paris, Vienna, Zurich (Virtex, SWX), depending on the security)

• Buying and selling of almost all licensed funds and exchange-traded funds in Germany

• Buying and selling bonds on all German stock markets

• Subscribing new issues where HypoVereinsbank is in a syndicate or is the issuer

• Note on best execution: Recommendation of a trading floor where the best possible result can be expected when imple-

menting the order

• Modifying and cancelling orders

• Setting stop-buy / stop-loss limits

• Securities account overview and order status

• Price notification by text message or e-mail

• Portfolio management with comprehensive evaluation and comparison functions

• PC or laptop with internet connection

• Mobile telephone for the mobileTAN procedure

• Registration with HVB Direct B@nking

• In any HypoVereinsbank branch or

• Order registration form at www.hvb.de, Log-in Direct B@nking

• Registration for mobileTAN procedure online at www.hvb.de, Log-in Direct B@nking

4 COSTS

• Using HVB Direct B@nking is free of charge.

• Text messaging services:

• Credit card movements in Germany from EUR 50.00 and all international and online movements: free of charge text

messages

• Credit card movements in Germany below EUR 50.00 and all account services 9 cents per text message

5 OTHER INFORMATION

Security

The bank will never contact customers by e-mail or telephone to ask for their personal identification and access data for

The limit for international bank transfers is EUR 2,500.00; this limit can, however, be increased by your personal relation-
