This is a sad story of a four-familly housesituated in a beautiful residential area in

Pozna, one of Poland's largest cities.

The film shows how, when unrestrainedby principles of morality, the rules of

economic freedom go totally

bisirk and threaten the very foundations

on which a democratic state that fosters

this freedom is based.

The film is a report on stalking and

criminal acts by a representative of

a new, deranged generation of neo-

real estate owners, Piotr Burdziski

and his business partner Anna

Kulesza, against two other co-

owners of a house in an attractivedistrict of Soacz.

This duo of villains bought two flats

on the ground floor in a co-owned

house on Litewska street and

started to stalk and threaten the

remaining two co-owners to oust

them from the property. First

SOMEBODY cut off gas supply by

vandalizing the pipes. Then

Burdziskiremoved windows in their

ground floor empty flats in

November 2012 to cool the house,

cut out a water supply pipe to myflat, damaged common property,

broke out doors and carried out

other harrassing actions aimed at

making our lives hell. All this with an

uninterested acquiescence and

consent of the police and the

prosecutors office and the City of

Pozna

The abandonment by the state that we have been experiencing since 2009 is

evident in the lack of any prosecuting actions that we sought but which have

been extinguished. All our attempts at drawing the prosecutorsattention to the

sheer and overt criminal actions by Piotr Burdziskimet with a shrug, lack of

interest, scornful sneer and, in effect, lack of any legal action.

The story in itself is an

accusation against the Polish

state and its local

administration as well as law

and order supportingagencies for their neglect of

constitutional duties towards

their citizens and the inertia of

those institutions in the face

of blunt, ill-willed andpremeditated actions of civic

hostility against undeserving

and innocent members of

society carried out by an

arrogant and unethical

tenant-houses proprietor in Pozna forces the co-

owners of the property to move out and abandontheir flats/houses. He does this by unprecedented

para-criminal actions with the forces of law, state

at his criminal and stalking actions.

The story began in August 2008 when PiotrBurdziskiand his partner Anna Kulesza bought twoground floor flats in the house from a former third co-

owner of the property. Piotr Burdziski bought theflats with the lodgers living in them and paying astate-regulated rent since 1946. During the first andonly visit that Piotr Burdziski payed us and theother co-owners in September 2008, he bluntly

announced that he 'wants the whole house forhimself and his family and that he will help us moveout of it'. No offer to buy our flats from us was madeby him. And then he added that if we don't move outhe will make our life in the property hell. Theinsolence and rudeness of Piotr Burdziskibehaviour left us speechless and we kindly saidgood buy to him. He said the same to the other co-owner whom he visited on the same day.

On 14 January 2009 Piotr Burdziski started to put histhreats of ousting us from our flat in a co-owned houseinto action. In his garage, through which gas and watersupply pipes ran, an UNIDENTIFIED person devastatedthe former by hammering loose a blindening screw, thusfaking a leakage, and called a gas emergency unit whichclosed the main gas valve depriving, in the dead ofwinter, all 11 inhabitants of the house of heating, hotwater and cooking. At the same time Piotr Burdznskirefused access to the garage to a repairman and hasbeen doing so ever since. We reported the act to theprosecutor's office as an offence (art. 164 of penal code).

The prosecutor extinguished the case after two yearsdespite strong evidence pointing at the only possibleculprit. This is Polish new deal for justice, lawenforcement, business, and morality.

In March 2009 the prosecutor launched the case again after it had been extinguished for

the first time. Then, they claimed that the damage to the gas pipe was spontaneous and

not inflicted by external forces.Here, we're waiting for the experts to cut out the

damaged pipe for further mechanoscopic investigation.

Since the case was extinguished Ivewritten four requests to

the Prosecutor General in Warsaw to launch the case again

pointing at the negligence of previous investigations and at

prosecutors malpractice of evidence quenching. My

requests, which are forwarded to the same local prosecutor

in Poznawho closed the case, have all been rejected. In

this connection I've been wondering why the local

prosecutor's office have done everything in their power NOTto charge Piotr Burdziski a crime from art. 164 of penal

code and have extinguished the case against him despite

clear and unambiguous evidence pointing at him as the

perpertrator. Taking into consideration the fact that PiotrBurdziskihas been practicing what he did to us for over 15

years now and belongs to the wealthiest and most powerful

estate agents in Pozna the answer to this question seems

evidently easy.

Our garden is a relaxation place for us and afriendly space for all sorts of animals or fauna.

Local cats just love visiting our garden and

prostrating themselves on the grass or dozing off

on the bench. We have a hedghog family

somwhere in the corner in the thicket, we are

regular hosts to all sorts of birds: magpies, jays,

woodpeckers, crows, sparrows, chckadees, and

encroached upon by the advent of the evil force in the form of Piotr

inspectorate ordered an on

site inspection for the 13

December ! After the

inspection we waited for four

months for the administrative

decision.

When it came, signed by Mr ukaszewski, it said that the matter is outside their competence and

that they couldntdo anything about it. This, of course, is a blatant lie, and shows that a government

institution, in their indolence and ineffectiveness to deal with matters it was made to deal with, is

helping the rogues like Piotr Burdziskiprofess their criminal actions.

And so, Piotr Burdziski socially

SEQUELFrom 11 January 2014 Piotr Burdziski has been regularly stalking

us in our property: he devastates our property in the garden, breaks

flower pots, plants, urinates on the flower beds and conifers as wellas on the staircase, calls us names, and throws fowl language at us,
