PMS – Ticketing Tool - Overview
Basically, PMS Ticketing Tool is used to Create Task and Task is nothing but Ticket, But in PMS Ticket is defined as Task
Based on the Roles Assigned
Attachments can be uploaded for each task and so that the task will
have up to date information
Easy and Flexible Application, mainly used to track the Task updates for
Enhancements and Support projects
PMS Features are managed for each Project and related Tasks
Email notification is triggered when we Add or Edit Comments

Client - Has Privilege Only to Create the Project, Task and Comments
User - Has Privilege to Only to View and Update the Task which is assigned

Create Status – Open, In-Progress, On-Hold, Closed, Resolved and Completed
Create Groups (Modules) – Add, Update and Delete Modules
Create Projects – Add Project , Add Team and Attachments
Create Priority – P1 (Critical), P2 (High), P3 (Medium) and P4 (Low)

the vacancies on filtering, get & provide freelance services,

Recruiter [employer] can post the jobs, filter job-
seekers on required criteria including location &
ranking. They do download the uploaded resumes, updated profile of job-
seekers.

Admin does manage the users [job-seekers & Recruiters]. Admin
performs actions such are block/unblock the user on
demand, as an administrator manages the
data of Touba.
