Project: Partner concerned: Gabrovo region (BG) Policy improved: Thanks to the expertise gained from Lazio (IT), Valencia (ES) and Västernorrland (SE), Gabrovo region added in its Regional Development Strategy a section dedicated to renewable energy and energy saving
