• Go to the Standards Association sign in page.

• Click on “Need an IEEE Account?”.

• Create an account.

• Now you have a free IEEE account.

• Go back to the Standards Association sign in page and use your new account to sign in.

• Click on “Manage Activity Profile”.

• Scroll down the page.

• Click on the “+” signs to expand, IEEE Industry Applications Society & Technical Books Coordinating Committee

• Place a check mark in the box next to “Power System Reliability WG”, Click on “Continue” at bottom of page.

• Enter your affiliation and click continue.

• Verify your affiliation.

• Congratulations – you are enrolled!
