1 Participant must have a registered Vibrance @ Yishun Account. If not done, please create an Account at the Centre.

2 Please bring along Student’s EZ Link Card for registration.

3 Students from low-income families who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for Vibrance @ Yishun Programme Fee Subsidy.

4 The levels stated for the programmes are based on year 2019.

5 Availability of programmes is on first come, first served basis.

6 Registration closes one week before commencement date, unless otherwise stated or when the class is full.

7 A class will only start when the minimum class size is met.

8 Please check the dates and time of the programme(s) before registering to ensure that the programme(s) that you wish to register does/do not clash with any other programmes. Vibrance @ Yishun reserves the rights not to refund in the event of a clash in programmes after registration.

9 Vibrance @ Yishun reserves the rights to claim the full fees of the programmes on behalf of the Self-Help Groups if a participant is absent for the programmes.

10 The activity venue will be at Vibrance @ Yishun.

11 Only cash, NETS and cheque payment is accepted at the point of registration. Cheque should be made payable to “CDAC”.

12 Registration of programmes will close at 9.30pm on Monday to Friday and 4.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.

13 Vibrance @ Yishun reserves the right to cancel and amend the course schedule, venue and teaching staff if and when necessary.
