• Lemon juice/Water Solution (500 mL of lemon juice mixed with 500 mL of tap water)

• Sugar Water Solution (200 g sugar dissolved in 800 mL of water)

• Glass stirring rods

• Paper towels

• Timers (1 per group)

• Cold Water

• Bag of Apples (1 apple per group)
