The secondary line is laid in the full-metal-protectedsecondary line trunking, which can effectively preventarcs burning the secondary line in case of failure inthe Enclosure. Signals can be correctly transmittedthrough the secondary line to the comprehensiveprotection controls system to realize fast fault-clearing, mitigating the damage inflicted by failure onelectric equipment and improving the stability ofelectric systems.

The contact box in the enclosure employs astructure with the back fixed, which can improvethe insulation coordination between the handcartand enclosure body.

The rear upper and lower doors are interlocked with an

interlock, which ensures that the rear upper door cannot

be opened when the rear lower door is closed; on the

contrary the rear lower door cannot be closed when the

rear upper door is opened.

The ground interlock, simpler in structure and more flexible

and reliable in operation, can deliver free switch of

interlocking functions whether equipped with a manual or

motorized earthing switch, without requiring changing any

part.

KYN61-40.5 (Ⅱ)

A new secondary interlock, which is adapted to a 510~610mm

hardcart travel, and whose 58-pin and 46-pin aviation plugs can

be basically universal to all mechanisms.

While remaining the same its original size

1400x2600x2800, it has its internal layout reasonably

adjusted, allowing its tie-Busbars to have an air

clearance ≥300mm other than the phase-to-phase

clearance.

The handcart base employs a track structure and makes

use of special welding fixture, delivering reinforcement

and steadiness.

The FMG is a SF6 gas insulated switch disconnector for medium voltage switchgear

within secondary distribution networks, rating up to 36kV. It features compact size

and the lightweight construction. The epoxy resin enclosure is tightly sealed and filled

with SF6 gas as insulation and arc-quenching medium, which can provide good

insulation and resistance to moisture and pollution area, realizing virtually free

maintenance.
