About Bosch Chassis Systems Control divison
The automotive industry is in a period of transition, and Bosch is a driving force behind change. Today,
efficient driver assistance systems are already helping drivers to reach their destination in a safer, more
relaxed manner. In the future, these systems will tackle increasingly complex driving situations and assist
the driver — or even act independently. Automated driving will change the future of mobility.
The Chassis Systems Control division develops and manufactures innovative components, functions and systems
that are designed to make driving a safe and comfortable experience. We are especially committed to developing
sensors that observe vehicle surroundings and advancing new functions and systems that protect lives. In the
future, we will network vehicles to other road users, infrastructure and the internet to ensure that our vision of
accident and injury-free driving becomes a reality.
Our range of products includes:
• Brake discs and products that actuate brakes, such as master cylinders and brake boosters,
including Brake Assist
• Electronic brake control systems ABS, TCS, ESP®/ESC
• Sensors, such as wheel speed, steering angle and yaw-rate sensors
• Electronics for protecting vehicle occupants and pedestrians, e.g. airbag control units and crash
sensors
• Driver assistance systems based on radar and video sensors, such as ACC, Predictive Emergency
Braking System and Lane Assist Systems
• Networked system solutions that ensure safety and agility

About Bosch in Yokohama, Japan

Interested in international management?
Junior Managers Program will get you started.
During a period of 18 to 24 months, you complete four to six assignments in your functional area,
including one placement abroad. You are actively involved in day-to-day business and projects as well as
benefiting from professional and individual guidance. You have the opportunity to choose the right
combination of assignments that match your interests and skills.
You can select from the following hardware/software development areas:
• Active Safety area (ABS, ESP)
• Passive Safety area (Airbag, Sensor)
• Driver Assistance area (Radar, Video)
• Actuation area (Vacuum Booster)
What we expect from you:
• Completed Master studies in a technical, natural sciences or business discipline
• Minimum one completed internship, or at least six months (but not more than 60 months) full-time
relevant work experience related to your field of study
• Leadership potential
• Native Japanese and fluent English skills
• Geographical mobility: JMP candidates can be relocated multiple times within Japan and
potentially complete an international assignment

Career opportunities for fresh graduates in engineering

If your field of study is engineering or information technology, you have the opportunity toparticipate in our intership program in Yokohama or in Abstatt.
