Energy transformation is underway, Hydrogen is the clear answer

Global Push for Clean EnergyThe Race to Net-Zero is speeding the energy transition. Climate Change initiatives and commitments have gone global, making it clear that transitioning to alternative, clean energy is not only necessary, but imminent. Many leading countries have committed to Net-Zero carbon emissions by 2050. Additional local government agencies and companies have more aggressive goals such as the state of California that has mandated that all new businesses must be Net Zero Energy (NZE) by 2030. Government tax credits are also providing extra incentives for companies to expedite their Net-Zero programs.

By the Numbers

Hydrogen will create a Sustainable Energy Economy

The future of energy is hydrogen and the transition in already underway. Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe that can be safely harnessed and used as a non-polluting energy source for a multitude of use cases. From no carbon emission filling solutions for passenger cars and long-haul trucking to maritime, air, space and home energy solutions.

Infrastructure is necessary to accelerate the Hydrogen Economy

Advanced Hydrogen Infrastructure TechnologyGenH2 offers the most advanced technology for Hydrogen infrastructure. Our mission is to apply our energy expertise to accelerate the development of the hydrogen infrastructure system. We use mass production manufacturing to speed product availability and infrastructure expansion. Using this method, our technology can be deployed as an end-to-end total system or combined to form a complete solution capable of supporting the hydrogen needs for land, air, sea or space applications

On-site End-to-End Filling SolutionOn-site solutions reduce cost, risk and logistics typically associated with transporting hydrogen. GenH2 has engineered the first integrated on-site filling system solutions (OHFS) to provide end-to-end capabilities. The solution includes the production of high purity H₂ (99.995%) with zero carbon emissions. Our unique liquefaction and controlled storage is optimized for safety, reliability and efficiency. Although, the modular components allow for flexible configuration options with partner filling station products, the GenH2 end-to-end OHFS solution yields greater efficiencies in performance, capacity and cost. Additionally, the solution is designed to accommodate the smallest possible footprint enabling the solution to fit a variety of real estate locations – including existing gasoline sites. GenH2 proprietary dispensing solutions include an interactive touchscreen with personalized user content, a customizable mobile app and a centrally integrated monitoring command center.

Controlled StorageControlled Storage, also referred to as Integrated Refrigeration and Storage (IRaS) combines both active (refrigeration) and passive (insulation) technologies in an integral storage system that allows for full process control over the liquid hydrogen for enhanced safety and reliability. The refrigeration capabilities of IRaS eliminates the need for a chiller, significantly reducing opex expenses and the physical footprint. The dispensing or end-use storage will be high pressure gas, but can also be Liquid Hydrogen (LH₂), cryo-compressed (CC-H₂), or cryo-adsorbed hydrogen (CA-H₂). Units at the Kennedy Space Center in FL and the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL utilize technology foundational to the GenH2 IRaS solution

Flexible Use Case SolutionsThe modular design of the GenH2 products offer tremendous flexibility to meet the infrastructure needs of the Hydrogen Economy. Sub-systems can be tailored for any hydrogen supply level as needed and can be integrated with components from other hydrogen infra-structure providers to meet commercial market needs. End-use applications include back-up power generation, fuel-cell supply, clean energy storage, and transportation for land, air, sea and space.

WHY LIQUEFY HYDROGEN?

Eliminates the need for a large, expensive, high electricitiy consuming chiller Higher purity for fuel cells Increased energy storage capacity Significantly lower electricity requirements Substantial reduction in physical footprint

Next Generation Infrastructure SystemsHydrogen systems tailored for any hydrogen supply level

Liquid Hydrogen Leader GenH2 experts include former NASA engineers and scientists now focused on bringing liquid hydrogen solutions to the masses. After years of developing innovative and patented technologies, the team is using its experience and expertise to leverage the many benefits of hydrogen by commercializing its generation, liquefaction, and storage. Our liquid-based solutions feature stackable/scalable modular components designed to create systems to meet the rapidly growing hydrogen infrastructure needs.

Hydrogen Produced by Hyrolysis™Hyrolysis is GenH2’s proprietary system and process for gaseous hydrogen production. It is a Non-Thermal gas Processing (NTP) system used to create the highest hydrogen purity (99.995%). Decades of R&D combined with working systems validates hyrolysis as the most effective option for hydrogen production in terms of production capacity for its size, efficiency, physical footprint and carbon emissions.

Hydrogen Liquid Multiplexer™ (HLM)HLM includes a modular hydrogen liquefaction and controlled storage system with central processing capabilities. The HLM system serves as the core building block multiplier for a new generation of liquid hydrogen-based solutions with a capacity up to 10 tons (MT) per day. HLM components are architecturally designed to be deployed as a single-unit or multi-unit systems to meet a wide range of end-user hydrogen consumption patterns and servicing needs. One unit can serve as the communication lead for a single unit or control several multiplexers if combined.

Hydrogen LiquefactionThe GenH2 liquefaction system is designed to produce ultra-pure liquid at a maximum rate equal to the gaseous hydrogen production rate of the hyrolysis unit. The unique technology offers large capacity for its process type, high efficiency for its size category and a modular, stackable format that does not require liquid nitrogen pre-cooling.

Higher purity for fuel cells Increased energy storage capacity Significantly lower electricity requirements Substantial reduction in physical footprint
