LIGHT WHITENING AC is suitable for medical whitening of strongly discoloured teeth. Reasons for such discoloration of enamel and dentin can be illness, injury, medical treatments or excessive penetration of colouring substances. These cases require special medical measures to restore a healthy appearance of the teeth. LIGHT WHITENING AC has been developed with and for Whitening Lamp XG and gives the best whitening results in the shortest period of time. LIGHT WHITENING AC can be used for whitening of one or more teeth or parts of a tooth, including the intracoronal bleaching of endodontically treated non-vital teeth. LIGHT WHITENING AC for medical application is available in 22 % HP for minimal sensitivities (3-4 x 15 minutes). 32 % HP for maximum result (3 x 10-15 minutes). Reliable shelf-life of 24 month after production even for partially used syringes.

The application is only allowed in the dentist‘s office with a medical indication for patients older than 18 years of age.

The new POWER WHITENING YF 6 % allows cosmetic teeth whitening in the dental office in 3-6 treatments of 15-20 minutes in one or two sessions. POWER WHITENING YF 6 % is also ideally suited to start a cosmetic tooth whitening treatment in the clinic and to continue with HOME WHITENING, until the desired whitening success is achieved. The whitening gel is applied directly to the teeth in a short and safe intensive treatment in the dental chair. The gum is covered with a light-curing gingiva protector. No specific equipment is required for the treatment. The gel can be applied easily, thanks to its yellow color. Reliable shelf-life of 24 month after production even for partially used syringes.

HOME WHITENING

HOME WHITENING Gel is available in different concentrations for different wear times of the trays. This assures flexibility for the treatment. The number of applications can be adjusted to the patient’s needs. The specific formulation combines a gentle whitening with optimal results. Therefore sensitivity and dehy- dration of the teeth are minimized. After Whitening Mousse remineralizes the teeth effectively after the whitening treatment.

Reliable shelf-life of 36 month after production. First use in the dental clinic and than given to patient for home use. For patients older than 18 years of age.

The application can be done in the waiting room of the dental clinic. Desired results are being achieved in 3-7 applications of 30-60 minutes. IN-OFFICE WHITENING is also suitable for internal bleaching of endodontically treated teeth with the “walking bleach technique”. Reliable shelf-life of 36 month after production.

Which is the best way to offer tooth whitening in my dental clinic?Tooth whitening is the ideal follow-up after a professional tooth cleaning as “prophylaxis +”. Very often tooth whitening is an option before tooth restorations. Restorative materials cannot be whitened afterwards. Advise your patients prior to the restoration that they have to make a decision about their tooth color now. Should there only be one method offered in the dental clinic?For chairside application LIGHT WHITENING is always the best choice. Only if you do not want to use a whitening lamp you should offer POWERWHITENING. HOME WHITENING uses the least chair time and the patient isable to fresh up the treatment without an additional visit. The products areavailable as cosmetic products and also with higher concentrations formedical whitening depending on the medical indication and clinical demand.

How long do the results of the bleaching treatment last?The duration of the effect of a tooth whitening treatment differs individuallydepending on the patients habits. In general the effect lasts for more than a year. The use of Whitening Toothpaste can prolong the results.
