Editing Data Select the chart/graph to edit Right click on the chart graph Select Chart Object - Open The data sheet will open in Excel Edit the data Close Excel when finished and your

changes will be saved

Resizing, Moving and Deleting Charts and Graphs Click on the chart/graph object that you want to

resize Move your mouse over one of the corner

anchors (circles along the edges) To enlarge a graph/chart object, move your mouse in

an upward directions to the left To make the chart smaller, move the mouse toward

the bottom right of the screen, while pointing to one of the anchors

To move your chart/graph, move your mouse to the middle of the object and drag it to its new location on the slide

To delete, select the object to remove and press delete or use the delete function in the edit menu
